Site Head - Manufacturing Operations

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Site Head to lead our manufacturing operations in Hyderabad. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the ultimate authority for the site, orchestrating end-to-end production, supply chain integration, and facility management. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional department heads to align plant performance with global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the entire spectrum of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery against aggressive business targets.

- Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance by enforcing rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards, thereby protecting our workforce and maintaining our license to operate.

- Optimize manufacturing costs and resource allocation by implementing lean methodologies and process improvements, directly contributing to the organizations competitive advantage.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and P&L accountability.

- Exceptional ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams through periods of change, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and drive performance.

- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning and analytical problem-solving, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable operational improvements.

- Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with board-level stakeholders and external partners to represent the company's interests.

- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field, ideally complemented by an MBA from a premier institute, providing the necessary foundation for high-level management.

- Proven adaptability to an on-site work environment, with the physical and mental stamina required to oversee 24/7 operations in a fast-paced industrial setting.
