Site Head - Chemicals Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Site Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our chemical plant in Kurkumbh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Production, Maintenance, QC, Engineering and overall plant operations

- Ensure safe, efficient functioning and regulatory compliance of the facility

- Drive planning, budgeting, and P&L ownership for the plant

- Set performance goals and ensure delivery against manufacturing plans

- Lead strategic planning, resource allocation and operational excellence

- Implement cost-effective systems, quality controls and continuous improvement

- Oversee multi-product plant operations and troubleshoot with R&D/Projects

- Build and develop a strong technical and supervisory team

- Manage plant utilities and ensure high uptime and reliability

- Evaluate performance vs plan and drive operational growth

Requirement: Only candidates with Chemical Industry experience will be considered.

Location: Kurkumbh (open to relocate with family).
