Site Head - API Manufacturing Operations

Position: Site Head (API manufacturing)

Location: Mumbai Suburban

Key Requirements:

- As the Site Head for API Operations in Mumbai, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for the end-to-end performance of the manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing complex chemical synthesis processes, managing a large-scale workforce, and ensuring that all production activities align with global quality standards and safety protocols.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive operational efficiency and meet ambitious production targets. Your leadership will directly influence the site's output, cost-effectiveness, and overall contribution to the company's market standing.

- Extensive experience in API Manufacturing.

- Strong background in Production & Plant Operations.

- Experience in handling overall site management and cross-functional teams.

- Must have worked with USFDA-approved manufacturing facilities.

- Strong understanding of cGMP, Regulatory Compliance, Quality & EHS.

- Proven leadership and people management skills.

- Preference for stable career profiles.

- Looking for low volume high value API experience.

- Exposure to international regulatory audits and inspections.
