Head - Investor Relations:

Role Overview:

As the Head Investor Relations, based in Delhi NCR, the role requires a highly experienced Investor Relations professional to lead and manage the investor engagement and relations for a listed organization. This role directly impacts Value creation and Growth by fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals.

- Lead Value creation efforts for the organisation and shape the Investor thought process.

- Develop and refine the overall Investor strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and objectives, to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.

- Communicate strategic priorities and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in, to drive alignment and support.

- Evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to key stake holders.

Qualifications:

- CA/CFA/MBA (from a top-tier institution is highly preferred) with minimum 12+ years experience in IR role.

- Experience desired in value creation in large listed entities.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful corporate strategies that drive growth and profitability.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
