Singularity AMC - Manager - Fund Accounting & Operations

Role Description:

The candidate is expected to handle the below Fund Finance Operations role:

- Co-ordination with the Fund Administrators to ensure proper books of accounts of the fund are being maintained.

- Quarterly NAV Computation.

- Leading statutory audits and ensuring timely completion of audits.

- Handling all the SEBI, trustee compliances related to AIF's.

- Providing portfolio and fund related information to stakeholders as may be required from time to time.

- Managing capital calls and distributions.

- Manage all management fee calculations and waterfall allocations.

- Wiring of investments and ensuring due process is followed.

- Vendor Payments.

- Bank account maintenance.

- Tax Compliances related to the fund.

- Coordination with Internal Auditors.

- Implementation of strong systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, private equity, fund administration, or asset management.

- Strong understanding of PE fund structures, capital accounts, and waterfall mechanics.

- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue) is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
