Responsibilities: - Owning the D2C and marketplace - Leading topline for the brand and own CM2. - Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy. - Identifying and pursuing partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion. - Identifying and implementing technology and other tools to support growth efforts. - Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to the CEO and other members of the executive team. Requirement: - Degree from a tier-1 MBA college - IIM - Preference of experience with any MBB - Experience of owning growth & scaling for a D2C brand
