Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Managing the entire deal lifecycle including - Sourcing to closure of new investment opportunities; Due diligence and closure of deal transaction (end-to-end). 2. Preparation of Investment memorandum and presentations on the opportunity 3. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data, detailed financial models 4. Developing detailed sector and investment reports and periodic updates 5. Actively add value to the portfolio companies through business inputs, networks, fund-raising support. 6. Execute industry analysis of prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors and market share possibilities 7. Managing exit for portfolio companies at the appropriate time 8 Active participation in ecosystem development to support portfolio companies Qualification: CA/CFA and/or MBA Finance from premier Institute Functional expertise in the following areas is desired; 1. Financial Modelling 2. Valuation Analysis 3. Due Diligence 4. Segment / Category understanding
