Analyst - Private Equity Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Managing the entire transaction lifecycle from assessment, diligence to closure of deal transaction for potential buy-out opportunities. 2. Preparation of Investment memorandum and presentations on the opportunity 3. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data, detailed financial models 4. Developing detailed investment reports and periodic updates 5. Actively add value to the organization through business input, networks, fund-raising support. 6. Execute industry analysis of prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities to enable growth. 7. Active participation in ecosystem development to support portfolio companies Qualification: - CA and/or MBA Finance from premier Institute. - Past Investment Banking experience, Sell Side Analyst.
