Position: Management Trainee for Delhi location

Qualification:
- CA (Articleship experience from a Big 4 accounting firm preferred)
- 02 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Valuations
- Relevant internships or live project experience will be considered for freshers
Core Competencies:
- Advanced Financial Modeling and Valuation skills
- Understanding of Due Diligence and transaction lifecycle
- Effective Business Development and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a solution-driven approach
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Market Intelligence:
- Track M&A trends, competitor movements, and industry news
- Conduct in-depth sector and company research to support opportunity identification
- Use multiple channels (networks, databases, outreach) to identify potential targets or investors
Pitch Support & Client Engagement:
- Assist in creating investor decks, pitchbooks, and investment memorandums
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and support in drafting communication materials
- Maintain and update client portfolios and engagement trackers
Financial Analysis & Transaction Support:
- Support live deals through due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation
- Analyze balance sheets, P&L, and cash flows to derive valuation insights
- Assist in preparing financial models including DCF, comparables, and transaction comps.
Project Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders during ongoing transactions
- Track transaction progress and coordinate timelines and deliverables
- Support internal compliance and documentation processes
