
Role Objective:
This role is designed on the lines of Executive Assistant and corporate Strategy working closely with Founder in entrepreneur-led professional services organisation. The EA will not function as a clerical assistant, but as a structured and strategy backbone for the Chairman's Office , ensuring control, discipline, and continuity across his daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
Reporting to: Founder & Chairman
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Strategy & Business Support - Assist in strategy reviews, annual planning, and leadership discussions by consolidating inputs and creating structured presentations.
- Track progress of strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and Chairman-led priorities
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, or growth ideas through data collation and analysis.
- Operational Coordination on Behalf of Chairman- Interface with Partners, SBU Heads, and support functions to collect MIS, business updates, pipeline summaries, and operational inputs required by the Chairman. Consolidate information into structured formats and follow up rigorously for closures.
- MIS, Trackers & Reporting: Maintain and update trackers for MIS, leadership actions, reviews, key initiatives, subscriptions, and commitments. Ensure accuracy, version control, and timely reporting to support chairman decision-making.
- Internal Communication & Follow-ups: Circulate chairman-driven communications, requirements, and decisions to relevant stakeholders. Track responses, ensure accountability, and escalate delays where required.
- External Coordination & Professional Interface: Coordinate with external advisors, partners, networks, and industry bodies on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and professional representation of the Singhi brand.
- Subscriptions, Memberships & Renewals: Maintain a detailed repository of all professional subscriptions, industry memberships, databases, publications, and tools used by the MD. Track renewals, usage relevance, costs, and coordinate payments and discontinuations.
- Documentation, Repositories & Process Discipline: Create and maintain structured digital repositories for MD-related documents, presentations, credentials, MIS, and correspondence, ensuring ease of access and continuity.
Qualification/Skills required:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Science / Management preferred)
- Post-graduate qualification is an advantage but not mandatory
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder coordination, MIS tracking, and senior leadership support is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with obsessive attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and closure orientation
