Sinergia Media Labs - Data Scientist

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Data Scientist to join our team and drive cutting-edge AI solutions across traditional machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. If you enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting with the latest AI technologies, and building real-world applications, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize traditional AI/statistical models and deep learning architectures (RNN, LSTM, CNN, Transformers).

- Work with SQL, EDA, feature engineering, and data visualization to generate actionable insights.

- Build and fine-tune Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, Chatbots, Agentic AI, MCP-based systems using frameworks like OpenAI, GPT and beyond.

- Develop scalable backend solutions and model deployment pipelines using Django, FastAPI, Flask.

- Contribute to data engineering & ETL pipelines, including big data ecosystems (Spark, EMR).

- Apply MLOps best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven applications that solve business challenges.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.

- Hands-on experience with Python / R programming.

- Proficiency in TensorFlow, Keras, and other deep learning frameworks.

- Experience in data modeling, big data tools, and large-scale data processing.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, Transformers, etc.).

- Understanding of MLOps, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
