Job Summary :


- The Sales Manager - Chemie will lead the sales team, develop, and implement sales strategies, and drive business growth in the Chemie market. This role requires a deep understanding of the Lab & Research Chemicals, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with company goals.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma impurities market.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

5. Sales Operations:

- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

- Implement and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and processes.

- Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management.

6. Compliance and Quality:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical impurities and the drug development process.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
