Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence, preferably within the Banking/FinTech domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards (especially in banking projects).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
