Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, improving conversions, and optimizing performance across digital channels, primarily Facebook and Google Ads. You will work closely with product, tech, and design teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and the seamless functioning of our marketing technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning, Management & Optimization: Plan and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CPI).
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, landing pages, and overall user experience.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Drive CRO initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve landing pages, funnels, and user flows in order to enhance conversion rates and maximize marketing ROI.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Create and deliver reports to key stakeholders.
- A/B Testing: Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests to identify winning strategies for campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, ensuring that the company remains competitive in its advertising strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech / MBA from a Recognized University with 1-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Facebook and Google Ads. Experience handling budgets of more than 50 lakhs per month is needed.
- Experience with Demand gen across Google Search & Meta is a must.
- Proven track record in optimizing digital marketing campaigns for performance across both channels.
- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and tools.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.) and A/B testing tools.
- Experience working closely with product and tech teams to ensure campaigns are optimized and running smoothly.
- Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to create marketing strategies that align with customer expectations and business goals.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
