Should have the ability to define the economic rationale for every major effort and translate into metrics. - Have the ability to be able to work & influence cross-functional teams: Content development, sales, operations, business & finance. Should have the experience of managing healthy conflicts and drive people towards customer goals and organizational priorities. - Collaborate with external influencers, subject matter experts, business teams, and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team. - Create and maintain product plan for the assigned category which should include details like course catalog coverage, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, and go-to-market strategy - Manage a team of product managers in achieving success on all fronts - Work closely with management, business, engineering, and operations teams during the process of course creation - Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new product - Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for the product - Work with sales and customer success to help close deals as needed and take the learnings into the product roadmap.
