About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic partnerships leader to join our US Commercial team as a Director Strategic Partnerships. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling high-impact partnerships across the US market to drive revenue growth, enterprise adoption, and long-term business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across enterprises, channel partners, resellers, universities, and workforce development organizations in the US market.

- Build long-term partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth priorities.

- Create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Own and drive partnership-led revenue targets and business growth metrics.

- Build relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and business leaders across partner organizations.

- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Alliances, or Channel Management.

- Experience working with US-based clients, enterprises, or strategic partners.

- Strong understanding of B2B partnership ecosystems and enterprise sales cycles.

- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Services, Workforce Learning, or Consulting industries.

- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
