Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize channels (e.g., Social, display, video, affiliate, native advertising) for maximum ROI.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage a significant ad spend budget efficiently and effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of performance marketers and channel specialists.
- Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture that thrives on innovation and results.
Data & Analytics:
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and make informed decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Use A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and messaging.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and growth teams to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
Emerging Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing.
- Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. US performance marketing experience is a plus.
- Proven expertise in managing large budgets across various digital marketing channels.
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data-driven marketing.
- Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and performance optimization.
