JD - Associate Director, B2B RevOps Simplilearn is looking to hire Associate Director- RevOps. The role is a critical lever to support the growth objectives of B2B function at Simplilearn. The role will involve working with the Enterprise Sales Leaders globally, generating sales intelligence and operations to enable the business growth - Some of the key responsibilities of this position are the following : - Drive the Sales process operations end to end (Lead to Revenue, and Renewal) - Evangelize healthy adoption of Salesforce ensuring updated salesforce records - Implement the best practices in Global account management - Accountable to drive key B2B metrics, including, but not limited to lead/opportunity conversion rates, win rates, churn%, etc. - Enabling the Sales team with analysis and intelligence across the Sales stages - Work with other teams such as B2B marketing, Finance and Customer Success and helping the sales team with actionable insights - Standardize Sales Reports and Dashboard capturing both input metrics (such as calls, meetings) and output metrics (lead, opportunity, revenue) - Own Monthly/Quarterly Management reviews through Dashboards providing visibility on the business performance, accurate pipeline forecasting, and actionable insights Desired skills: - Overall 5+ yrs of B2B Experience with at least 3 yrs in RevOps or SalesOps in a B2B SAAS company - Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle - Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau/PowerBI, - Mandatory Salesforce experience - Prior experience of engaging with C-level tier - Ability to independently work with multiple stakeholders across the organization - Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills - Strong program management skills - Excellent communication skills - Strategic bent with strong bias for action
