Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about enterprise software sales and want to build a career in the healthcare technology space. You will work closely with senior leaders across the Sales and Marketing teams to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, client engagement, and deal execution in the US Healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pipeline generation efforts through market research, prospecting, and outreach initiatives.
- Support the sales team in client presentations, demos, proposal creation, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, and Delivery to gather insights and support the sales cycle.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to assist in refining sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools and assist in sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Shadow senior sales executives to understand deal negotiation and closing processes.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution (e.g., NMIMS, SIBM, Great Lakes, IIM, Welingkar or equivalent).
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn about US Healthcare, enterprise SaaS, and consultative selling.
- Proficient in MS Office; exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work overlapping US hours.
