Designation - Group Head HR

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Operations:

- Develop HR plans covering compensation, benefits, health, and safety.

- Oversee HR systems, policies, and processes across the organization.

- Ensure effective implementation of HRIS, employee manuals, and standard procedures.

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and people-related programs.

- Handle employee relations across all business units.

- Manage departmental budgets.

Talent & Performance Management:

- Lead employee engagement, retention, training, and succession planning initiatives.

- Oversee and improve performance management and learning systems.

- Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Change Management:

- Drive change management initiatives for organizational improvements.

- Create change frameworks, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

- Support teams in adopting new systems, structures, and processes through training and communication.

- Conduct workshops and feedback sessions to enable smooth transitions.

- Track and improve the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Organizational Development:

- Design and implement OD strategies to support business goals.

- Lead workforce planning, competency mapping, and organizational restructuring.

- Conduct diagnostics and surveys to identify development needs.

- Develop leadership programs and talent pipelines.

- Implement L&D frameworks to build organizational capability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources ,Organizational Development and change management.

- Proven ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively about people development and training.

- Strong influence and credibility-building skills across all organizational levels.

- Experience working in fast-paced, decentralized, and geographically diverse organizations.

- Superior communication skills - both oral and written.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
