Role Overview:
The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing high-impact projects, and ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly organized, playing a crucial role in executing the company's vision.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning, decision-making, and execution.
- Identify and analyze opportunities, risks, and business challenges.
- Drive key strategic initiatives to enhance company growth and operational efficiency.
Operational Efficiency:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and communications to optimize time and priorities.
- Oversee and coordinate key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for improvement.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive alignment on key objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs for leadership discussions.
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and address roadblocks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement operational and strategic initiatives.
Advisor & Liaison:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insights and recommendations.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
