Inside Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive SaaS product sales through inbound and outbound channels.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion targets.
- Drive renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct pricing discussions and negotiation with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Client Engagement & Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct professional product demos for prospective and existing clients.
- Present solution fit, value proposition, ROI, and use cases confidently.
- Address objections, ensure clarity on product features, and customize demos based on client requirements.
- Ensure seamless handover to Customer Success post-closure.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of inside sales executives.
- Track performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct weekly reviews, performance coaching, and capability-building sessions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
- Maintain accurate CRM compliance and oversee the team's CRM hygiene.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Improve and standardize sales scripts, playbooks, objection handling, and demo flow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology sales
