
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the pre-sales subject matter expert for AI-driven MRO, spare parts management, and planning use cases.
- Partner with Sales and Executive leadership to understand customer challenges, value drivers, and operational pain points.
- Lead customer discovery workshops, solution mapping, and value articulation for global enterprise customers.
- Design and deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs tailored to Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and CPG customers.
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle, including:
a. RFPs / RFIs
b. Solution proposals
c. Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Translate AI concepts (forecasting, optimization, criticality models) into clear business outcomes such as inventory reduction, improved service levels, and reduced downtime.
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering to ensure feasibility, differentiation, and customer alignment.
- Bring industry best practices and competitive insights into sales pursuits.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, and IT leaders.
- Support pipeline reviews and continuously improve pre-sales effectiveness.
What We're Looking For :
- Candidates from SAAS EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree/PG in engineering / computer science / IT (BTech / BE preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role, preferably in Manufacturing, Mining, Oil and Gas, Chemicals and CPG.
- Proven experience working with global customers, especially US-based enterprises.
- Strong domain understanding of MRO process focused on spare parts management, asset and demand forecasting.
- Working knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards (nice to have).
- Solid grasp of AI/analytics concepts and ability to explain them in simple, business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
