We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of expertise in analyzing complex business needs, driving requirement clarity, and enabling smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SDLC, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with clients to understand business goals and technical needs.
- Create and maintain SRS, FRS, BRD, user stories, wireframes, and solution documents.
- Facilitate technical discussions to align requirements with delivery feasibility.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, prepare SOWs, and support project estimation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SDLC including product, design, development, and QA.
- Support pre-sales and key account teams with solution presentations and proposal inputs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven experience in business analysis in software product/service companies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) and project execution best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience across multiple domains (e.g., SaaS, Web, Mobile, Cloud Platforms).
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
