SIM Advisory - Technical Business Analyst

- SIM Advisory is looking for Business Analysts with some work-life experience in Analytics or Database-Tech; to be part of its high-performing teams on active Management Consulting and Analytics Projects. SIM Advisory Management Consultants work in teams to serve our global clients on medium and long-term Management Consulting and analytics engagements with an objective to improve clients- sales and margins using marketing levers.

- Potential candidates; need to be engineers (preferably from IITs) with 6-18 months work experience, not necessarily related; should be open to Bengaluru Location.

- A successful candidate has to be highly analytical and hands on with the ability to synthesize and communicate meaningful insights from complex inputs.

- Ability to pick up nuances of Tech to blend tools into the Advisory Engagments

Core Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between business units and IT/development teams to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.

- Process Improvement: Analyzing current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements (e.g., automation, new software).

- Documentation: Creating detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, and process flowcharts.

- Data Analysis: Utilizing tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze data sets and identify trends or risks.

- Project Support: Assisting with project planning, monitoring deliverables, and conducting user acceptance testing
