Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and leading HR projects.
- Additionally, the role includes performance management, training and development, and acting as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and selection, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage HR projects.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
