Sikich is seeking a Senior Manager HR with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the HR & TA functions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage HR related activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Closely work with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.

- Manage performance review, compensation, and benefits processes.

- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and build talent pipeline for current and future job openings.

- Coordinate with US HRBPs.

- Measure key talent acquisition metrics.

- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual hiring targets.

- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including communication, application process and interview process).

- Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and other avenues.

- Coordinate with business schools/colleges for campus placement.

Requirements for Successful Candidate:

- MBA in Human Resource Management, or relevant field.

- 15+ years of experience in HR & TA.

- Managed team having 10+ team members.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).

- Strong experience in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

- Good understanding of employment/labor laws.

- Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.

- Aptitude for problem-solving.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
