Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to gather, understand, and document requirements.
- Translate client needs into business requirements and further into detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) for developers and QA teams.
- Prepare and maintain API documentation to facilitate smooth integration and development.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client POCs to enhance product usability and reduce support dependencies.
- Develop and maintain user guides, product documentation, and content for applications, emails, and SMS.
- Standardize content and messaging across all product lines to ensure brand and communication consistency.
- Collect and analyze usability feedback from clients, QA, and design teams to drive product improvements.
- Revise and update documents proactively as new requirements or issues arise.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Aim to reduce client service requests to under 20%, focusing on improving product intuitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and strategic solutions.
- Define and communicate business requirements effectively to all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or workflow automation products.
- Strong understanding of software documentation practices and SDLC processes.
- Hands-on experience creating SRS, BRD, FRS, API documentation, and user manuals.
- Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Postman, JIRA, or similar documentation tools.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, tech, QA, sales).
- Strong understanding of client communication and stakeholder management
