Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the Founders' Office team, working directly with the leadership to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and special initiatives. This high-impact role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional problem solving, and scaling business operations in a hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the founders to define, track, and execute the company's strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
- Business Operations: Design and implement processes to drive operational efficiency across functions.
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for key leadership decisions, including new markets, partnerships, and investment areas.
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
- Leadership Enablement: Prepare business review documents, board presentations, and investor updates. Act as a thought partner to founders in critical discussions.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of high-priority initiatives (e.g., global expansion, org design) as they arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA from a top-tier B-School in India.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting. Prior exposure to technology, IT services, or analytics-driven organizations preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen with a track record of structuring and delivering complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or Founders' Office roles will be highly advantageous.
