
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Talent Management function & play a critical role in cascading new people philosophies and systems
- Strategize Employee Engagement nurture culture, lead business partnering & operations seamlessly
- Play a consultant role for the management to build & execute people strategies - Strategize with senior leadership to inform strategy development and provide input into long-term business planning.
- Assist leaders, based on the strategic plan and future direction, in the development of talent action plans
- Execute & drive the design and implementation of HR programs including performance management, compensation and benefits
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance programs & initiatives
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including functional heads, sales leaders across regions
- Integrate values, key performance indicators, and desired corporate behavior with business strategies to ensure positive cultural attributes
- Drive People & Management pillar of Excellence programs
- Be a part of high growth set up with ambitious global outlook
- Direct strategic initiatives for business & streamline Talent Management & Organization Development
Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HRBP's team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment and support in HR strategy implementation
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and readiness for future roles
- Partner to create organizations that are agile, flexible, responsive and able to make transformation happen in ways that create sustainable value.
- Ensure strategic alignment and compliance to core HR processes, procedures and practices.
Job Requirement:
- 11-15 years' experience in Talent management & HR Business Partnering in the IT Services Industry (i.e. Talent Development, Succession Planning, Organization Design, Performance Management, Compensation, and benefits)
- Should have experience in managing in a global environment and driving best people practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of management and provide strategic inputs
- Advantages to having experienced blend in both product & tech services.
- Should have managed HR for top pedigree talent pool, preferably in a young/scaled up organization
- Experience managing staff & complex HR issues
- Candidate should have HR or business degree from a top B-School
