Product Manager

Experience : 5-10 years

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, using data and market research.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build product features and enhancements.

- Lead product launch efforts including go-to-market strategies and post-launch analysis.

- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the product line.

- Develop business cases and financial models for product initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;

- 5+ years experience in product management or related roles.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Trello) a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
