- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect, Security to join our team in India. In this critical role, you will be the technical authority on security solutions, working hand-in-hand with our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

- Your primary focus will be on designing robust security architectures for IT infrastructure and cloud environments, with a foundational understanding of application security. You will translate complex security requirements into comprehensive, value-driven proposals that protect our customers' digital assets across India.

What You'll Do:

- Strategic Security Partnership : Collaborate closely with Sales and GTM teams to understand customer business drivers, security challenges, and compliance requirements within the Indian market.

- End-to-End Security Solution Design : Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive security solutions covering:

- IT Infrastructure Security : Network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs), endpoint security, identity and access management (IAM), security information and event management (SIEM), vulnerability management, and data loss prevention (DLP).

- Cloud Security: Secure cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud security posture management (CSPM), cloud workload protection platforms (CWPP), cloud IAM, data encryption in cloud, and compliance in cloud environments.

- Application Security (Foundational): Advise on secure development lifecycles (SDLC), API security, and basic web application security principles.

- Technical Proposal & SOW Development: Develop detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and solution architectures that clearly define scope, security controls, deliverables, timelines, and resource estimates.

- Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Conduct compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for customers, articulating the value and necessity of proposed security solutions.

- Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Oversight: Provide expert technical guidance and support for security-focused PoCs and pilot projects, ensuring successful implementation and demonstrating solution effectiveness.

- Security Landscape Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape, industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Indian regulations), compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and emerging security technologies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed security solutions are technically feasible, align with our service capabilities, and can be successfully implemented.

- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct security assessments and identify potential risks in customer environments, proposing effective mitigation strategies.

- Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted security advisor.

What You'll Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a strong plus.

Experience:

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in a Solution Architect, Security Consultant, or similar pre-sales technical role focused on cybersecurity.

- Demonstrable experience working with Sales and GTM teams in a customer-facing capacity, specifically within the Indian market.

- Extensive experience in designing and proposing security solutions for complex IT infrastructure environments.

- Proven experience with security architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Foundational understanding and some experience with application security concepts and practices.

Technical Acumen:

- Deep expertise in IT Infrastructure Security: Network security devices, endpoint protection, SIEM platforms, IAM solutions (AD, SSO, MFA), vulnerability management tools, and data encryption.

- Strong expertise in Cloud Security: Cloud native security services, CSPM tools, secure cloud network design, cloud IAM, and securing containerized workloads.

- Understanding of Application Security: Knowledge of common web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), secure coding practices, and application security testing (SAST, DAST).

- Familiarity with security automation, orchestration, and DevSecOps principles.

- Proficiency in creating detailed security architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

Sales & Business Acumen:

- Excellent understanding of the sales lifecycle and ability to align security solutions with business objectives and risk profiles.

- Proven ability to articulate complex security concepts and their business impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to solution pricing.

- Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS).

- Prior experience in a security operations centre (SOC) or incident response role.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations specific to India.
