We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Solutions to lead and manage a dynamic team of Solution Architects (SAs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs) across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate will combine strong managerial capabilities with a deep understanding of technology architecture, customer engagement, and business alignment.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving high-impact solutioning efforts, architecting scalable and sustainable technology solutions, and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver excellence across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a geographically distributed team of Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects.

- Drive team performance through regular goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Solution & Architecture Oversight:

- Oversee the development of end-to-end technical solutions tailored to client requirements.

- Ensure architectural best practices and standards are followed across engagements.

- Review and approve solution architectures to ensure scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Business development, Product, Delivery, and Engineering) and external stakeholders (Clients, Partners, Vendors).

- Act as the technical spokesperson in client presentations and discussions.

- Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant language for senior stakeholders.

Strategic Contribution:

- Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Support bid and proposal development, including RFP responses, pricing, and solution narratives.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 20+ years of experience in Technology, with at least 5+ years in a solutions or architecture leadership role.

- Experience leading large, diverse technical teams across multiple locations.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application stacks (microservices, containers, APIs).

- Good understanding of WAN/LAN Networks, Enterprise security and Industry applications

- Experience in designing and delivering complex digital, enterprise, and cloud solutions.

- Familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, data architectures, security frameworks, and infrastructure scaling.

Preferred Qualifications:
