Enterprise Architect - Services Architecture

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect (EA) to act as a Services Architect, who will collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery Teams to design and deliver scalable, integrated, and customer-centric Managed Services and multi-tower solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise IT services, cross-functional integration, and commercial modelling.

Solution Architecture & Design:

- Lead the creation of end-to-end managed services solutions covering IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, cybersecurity, and service management layers.

- Develop architecture blueprints and service delivery frameworks for multi-BU/tower engagements.

- Integrate offerings from different service lines to create cohesive and differentiated proposals.

Sales & Business Development Support:

- Engage early in the sales cycle to understand customer requirements and craft tailored service propositions.

- Translate business needs into technical and service-led solutions aligned with client expectations and internal capabilities.

- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and workshops.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work across towers (e.g., Cloud, Network, Security, Data Centre, Service Desk, Application Support) to define and validate the solution components.

- Partner with pricing, legal, and delivery assurance teams to shape commercially and operationally viable proposals.

Governance & Risk Management:

- Ensure solution compliance with regulatory, security, and enterprise architecture standards.

- Identify delivery risks and incorporate mitigation strategies in the solution design.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and service models to enhance managed services offerings.

- Provide advisory support to internal teams on architectural best practices and service integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT Services, with at least 5 years in a Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Services Architect role.

- Proven experience in designing complex, multi-tower IT services proposals (infrastructure, cloud, end-user services, application support, etc.).

- Solid understanding of ITIL, service delivery models, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman preferred).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Strong commercial awareness to work with pricing and legal teams on large outsourcing proposals.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), or equivalent.

- Experience working in IT services firms or system integrators serving enterprise customers.
