Sustainability Professional - Siemens Limited

Purpose : Drive the Sustainability program

Designation : Sustainability Project Professional | The role reports to the Sustainability Manager

Base location : Mumbai (must be okay to travel)

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor of Engineering in any stream

- MBA preferred | Post graduate certificate in Environment / Sustainability / ESG preferred

Professional experience:

- 3 to 5 years of Industry experience including Sustainability practice

People/Personal Competence:

Self-driven and motivated, capacity to learn on-the-go, high collaboration and communication skills, team player, result oriented, critical and strategic thinking

Roles and responsibilities:

- Drive sustainability topics for Siemens India

- Prepare Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR); liaise with assurance partner for BRSR

- Facilitate implementation of the Sustainability and Siemens DEGREE framework in the business

- Monitor Sustainability KPIs

- Support related teams across business and functions on Sustainability

- Facilitate ESG Risk Framework adoption in the business

- Coordinate with Sustainability Department / team of other Siemens India entities

- Engage with external and internal stakeholders to meet the requirements of Sustainability and DEGREE

- Facilitate internal and external communication around Sustainability

- Support Corporate Citizenship projects
