Role:

- Face of the BU for Customer Specific Data Center projects and customer interface for all projects for Data Center Key Customer.

- Responsible for complete project management cycle for Data Center projects through nominated PMs and/ or through Territory operations team.

- Responsible for BU's project business excellence and strategic initiatives for volume / margin / productivity improvement.

- Exhibit and ensure highest level of sensitivity and compliance for EHS and quality standards.

- Project Planning knowledge in MS Project / Primavera is mandatory.

- Periodic project reviews w.r.t. project progress, risk and opportunity management, customer satisfaction, project KPIs, resource management and overall health of the project business.

- Evaluation and management of project risks and opportunities, interface to corporate audit for project business.

- Cross BU collaboration for project execution for the projects having multiple BU involvement.

- Development of project resources, internal and external for engineering / commissioning and project execution.

- Manages Internal and external stakeholders for smooth & timely execution of Projects.

- Maintain and improve on all project financial KPIs throughout the execution cycle.

Qualifications and experience:

- Proven people's manager having highest level of customer intimacy.

- Business management qualification from reputed organization is preferable.

- End to end Project management experience of 12+ years for mega projects.

- Certification for CAT B / C projects / external PMP certification and having track record of execution such projects successfully.

- Experience on complete project cycle from PMP / PM@Siemens covering required management / Contract

management / Resource management / Cost and financial management / Claims, risk and opportunity management.

- ELV & BMS packages Domain Knowledge of project management in Data Centre projects is mandatory.

- Knowledge of statutory compliances w.r.t. HR / Site establishment / EHS.
