Our go-to-market motion in the U.S. is expanding rapidly, and we are building a high-impact Sales Development team in India to power this growth.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a high-performing, creative, and articulate individual to support our outbound GTM efforts in the U.S. You will be the first human touchpoint for decision-makers-crafting messages that cut through the noise, spotting meaningful buyer intent, and booking meetings that convert into high-value deals.
This is not a templated outreach role-we need thinkers, researchers, and storytellers who understand how to connect, personalize, and persuade.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Contact Intelligence:
- Research accounts, industry trends, key decision-makers, and trigger events to personalize outreach.
- Build actionable profiles on companies using LinkedIn, Apollo & Hubspot.
- Understand buying groups in BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail to identify the right personas.
Campaign Execution & Personalization:
- Design and execute multi-step outbound sequences using Apollo or HubSpot.
- A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and email content to improve reply rates.
- Craft short, crisp, and context-rich messages that resonate with U.S. stakeholders.
- Initiate discovery conversations via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Speak fluently and confidently with CXOs, VPs, and Directors in the U.S. market.
- Understand buyer pain points and qualify prospects using BANT/CHAMP.
Pipeline Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Track and report key metrics: meetings booked, conversions, reply rates, intent signals.
- Provide feedback to marketing/sales on lead quality and content resonance.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of B2B inside sales targeting the U.S. market.
- Strong command of English with neutral accent and cultural fluency.
- Excellent email writing and copywriting skills-you should enjoy storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound platforms.
- Ability to think analytically-review data, tweak strategy, and optimize outreach.
- High emotional intelligence-able to understand buyer mindset and tailor interactions accordingly.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the grit to succeed in outbound sales.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Exposure to IT Services, SaaS, or Tech Product sales.
- Understanding of enterprise software buying cycles (Cloud, AI, APIs, etc.).
- Experience working with North America clients in night shifts.
- Passion for building long-term relationships and account expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
