
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition for digital marketing services within the domestic market
- Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
- Pitch and sell services across SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape
Candidate Profile & Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of proven sales/business development experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
- Experience working on Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and pitching abilities, with the capability to explain complex solutions clearly
- Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively
- High adaptability with the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
