Job Description:
- The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand equity, drive measurable growth, and ensure consistency across all client projects.
- This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, digital expertise, and strong leadership skills to position the brand effectively in the market while leading cross-functional teams for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and messaging to achieve business and client goals.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage brand campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels to ensure consistent brand voice and identity.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align brand activities with company objectives.
- Oversee and guide all kinds of SEO activities required to achieve rankings and monitoring the results regularly.
- Plan and execute and oversee social media strategies across all platforms.
- Plan and execute and oversee paid media campaigns across Google, Meta ads and other performance marketing channels.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, PR, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all platform.
- Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to execute brand campaigns.
- Drive innovation in marketing strategies to strengthen brand engagement and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-7 years) in brand management, marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, social media strategy and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
