Job Summary:

As the CEO's right hand, you'll drive key business initiatives across all departments. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of a chemical manufacturing business, including sales, production, finance, and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the CEO to define and drive key business initiatives.

- Manage new projects, from plant setup to product launches, ensuring they are executed on time and on budget.

Cross-Functional Liaison:

- Serve as a bridge between the CEO and department heads.

- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all functions to achieve company goals.

Finance, Accounts & MIS:

- Support the CEO by reviewing financial reports and helping to prepare management information system (MIS) reports.

- Consolidate data from various departments to provide a holistic view of business performance.

HR & Organizational Effectiveness:

- Collaborate with the HR head on talent initiatives and employee engagement.

Problem-Solving & Support:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO. Proactively jump into any area of the business to help solve problems and ensure "things get done."

Growth Initiatives:

- Play a key role in ensuring new product development, new customers, new markets, and new factories are all executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required. An MBA is an advantage.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, such as management consulting or a growth-stage company.

- Skills: Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Must have a high degree of discretion and integrity.
