Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat (Travel Required to corporate office in Mumbai, Maharashtra)

Job Summary: Leading the entire HR function - responsible for the daily execution and long-term planning of all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee development, and statutory compliance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Development:

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all organizational levels (sourcing, interviewing, selection).

- Implement a streamlined new hire onboarding and integration process.

- Administer the performance review system, appraisals, and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and performance.

2. Attendance, Compensation, Administration & HRMS:

- Oversee accurate attendance & leave recording, employee payroll input and manage all benefits administration (health insurance, PF/EPF, ESI, gratuity).

- Maintain precise physical and digital employee records and optimize the use of the HR Management System (HRMS).

3. Employee Relations & Legal Compliance:

- Act as the primary contact for employees, managing and resolving queries & grievances.

- Develop and promote a positive work culture through engagement/recognition programs.

- Ensure the company's HR practices and policies are in strict compliance with all local and national labor laws (e.g., EPF, ESI, Factory Acts).

- Manage disciplinary procedures and terminations in line with legal and company policy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business. Master's degree is preferred.

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or senior generalist capacity.

- In-depth, current knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices, especially within the manufacturing industry.

- Proven experience with HRMS, performance management systems, and compensation planning.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
