Who We Are
We're a growing chain of aesthetics clinics with big ambitions. Multiple locations, premium treatments, serious investment in brand and marketing - and now we want a head of sales who can turn all that attention into fully booked diaries and happy, paying clients.
We don't want a "sales manager" who lives in spreadsheets and meetings. We want someone who owns revenue, builds systems, builds people, and isn't afraid to be on the floor when it matters.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is about one thing: driving predictable, measurable growth across all clinics.
You will:
- Own the full sales funnel - from enquiry to paid treatment and ongoing client value
- Turn leads from marketing into bookings, upsells and repeat clients
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performance sales and front-of-house/consultation team
- Create sales playbooks, scripts, objection-handling guides and follow-up processes
- Work closely with the marketing team so campaigns and offers actually convert, not just "look nice"
- Analyse daily/weekly numbers:
- Enquiries
- Show-ups
- Conversion rates
- Revenue per client
- Rebookings and memberships / packages
- Sit in on consultations, calls, and front-of-house interactions to improve real-world performance
- Bring out-of-the-box ideas for offers, packages, sales events, open days, and partnerships
- Train teams across all clinics to deliver a consistent, premium sales experience
- Use tech & AI (CRMs, automations, ChatGPT, templates) to speed up and standardise sales processes
- Report directly to the leadership team on what's working, what's not, and what needs to change

Has a strong eye for premium
You know what "feels cheap" and what "feels luxury" - from how the phone is answered to how a consultation is closed.
Is comfortable with AI & tools
You use systems and tools (AI, CRMs, templates, automations) to make things faster, smarter, and more consistent.
Is a leader and a doer
You can sit in a strategy meeting - and also jump on the phone or into a clinic and show exactly how it should be done.
Connects with our mission
You believe in aesthetics done properly: safe, ethical, confident results... not cheap deals and gimmicks.
Nice-to-Haves (Big Plus, Not Mandatory)
- Experience in aesthetics / beauty / medical / high-ticket services
- Experience leading sales teams across multiple sites
- Strong background using CRMs, pipelines, and automations
- Comfortable travelling between clinics (driving licence is a plus)
- Experience building sales training, call frameworks and scripts
- Experience using AI tools for email/sales copy, follow-up flows, or training content
Experience
- Ideally 5+ years in sales, with at least some time in a team lead / manager / head of sales type role.
You should be able to show results:
- Revenue growth
- Improved conversion rates
- Higher average order value
- Strong team performance
If your track record is genuinely impressive, we're open to considering less than 5 years - the numbers and references must speak for you.
Compensation
Your package will be split into two parts:
- A base salary (stable, secure)
- A performance-based bonus tied directly to clear, measurable sales goals
Hit at least 70% of the agreed monthly targets and you unlock your bonus.
The better the results, the better the rewards.
(Details will be discussed based on experience and what you can bring to the table.)
Location & Working Style
- Full-time, in-house role
- Based in Upminster (RM14) with travel to our clinics as needed
- This is not remote or hybrid - you need to be close enough, or willing to relocate, to be present where the action is

Degree: You must be a graduate from IIM, IIT or ISB
