Description:
- To develop and execute the functional strategy for SAP & SFDC applications.
- The role involves leading the implementation, rollout, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications in alignment with organizational goals.
- The Project Manager will ensure seamless collaboration across business functions, support day-to-day operations, and drive IT-enabled business transformation with a focus on automation, integration, and user adoption.
Responsibility:
- Define and lead the enterprise applications roadmap (ERP) aligned with long-term business requirements.
- Contribute to the development of IT strategy for ERP, and allied business systems in line with organizational objectives.
- Initiate, plan, execute, and manage SAP and SFDC projects including implementation, rollout, and enhancements.
- Serve as the implementation project manager, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of SAP and SFDC solutions.
- Monitor and track project scope, schedule, deliverables, cost, and quality against baseline plans.
- Conduct project risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure project governance, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Lead planning and execution of new SAP/SFDC rollouts in alignment with strategic business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize AS-IS analysis, BPD (Business Process Design), and secure approvals/sign-offs.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Partner with management and functional teams to gather and prioritize SAP and SFDC requirements aligned with business needs.
- Maintain and manage the requirement traceability matrix (RTM) with business-critical prioritization.
- Participate in migration, integration, and transition planning to ensure smooth handovers and minimal disruptions.
- Plan and oversee customization, enhancements, automation, and upgrades of SAP & SFDC application.
- Review partner-led solution delivery to ensure alignment with the enterprise applications roadmap and organizational standards.
- Act as the single point of contact between implementation/support partners and the organization for SAP and SFDC.
- Coordinate resolution of production issues with partners, functional teams, and technical experts.
- Lead testing and test automation initiatives, ensuring quality of deliverables and coordinating UAT with core teams.
- Develop and implement end-user training strategies to maximize SAP and SFDC adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within SAP and SFDC systems to enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure effective team management, resource optimization, and capability building within the SAP & SFDC function.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- ERP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP/SFDC implementation, rollout, integration, and support.
- Expertise: Proven experience managing Salesforce (SFDC) implementations, rollouts, and integrations with ERP.
- Automation: Hands-on experience in business process automation, RPA integration, workflow automation, and test automation.
- Integration Skills: Knowledge of ERPSFDC integration and middleware tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Project Management: Strong track record in managing large-scale enterprise IT projects with multi-system landscapes.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence senior leadership and business owners.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Skilled in handling multiple partners for SAP & SFDC and delivery.
- Change & Risk Management: Adept at driving adoption, minimizing risks, and managing organizational change.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
