- Banking tie up to be managed for all new Launches, consult and build bank offers for New projects as required.
- Exposure and promotion of our projects in all banks to be done from time to time.
- Min 70% of the cases should be processed from our banking team.
- Sanction and Disbursal TATs to be maintained to ensure collections and commissions are intact.
- Login within 7 Days from the receipt of file.
- Sanction within 15 days from the receipt of file.
- Disbursement within 7 days from sanction.
- Responsiveness is the key in customer relationship management, maintain min 24 hours to revert to all queries for all internal and external customers.
- Adherence to SFDC and Complete system Orientation to ensure organizations compliance and efficiencies are met.
