- The Senior Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth, revenue performance, and operational efficiency within assigned business units or accounts.

- This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue Management:


- Drive revenue growth through new business development, account expansion, and strategic initiatives

- Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention

- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to refine business strategies

- Own sales targets, forecasts, and pipeline management

Strategic Planning & Execution:


- Support the development and execution of business plans, go-to-market strategies, and growth roadmaps

- Translate business objectives into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership

- Monitor performance against plans and take corrective actions as needed

Sales, Client & Stakeholder Management:


- Lead client engagements including presentations, negotiations, contract discussions, and closures

- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

Financial & Performance Management:


- Manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and margin targets for assigned business areas

- Track and analyze KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present performance insights to leadership

- Ensure pricing strategies and commercial terms align with profitability goals

Team Leadership & Collaboration:


- Mentor and guide junior managers and team members

- Drive accountability, performance improvement, and skill development within the team

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture

Process Improvement & Systems Usage:


- Improve business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience

- Ensure effective use of CRM, ERP, and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making

- Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts, and pipeline visibility
