- Looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Manager to join our team in West Bengal.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.

- This role requires strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to build sustainable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the regional market.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Gather detailed intelligence on target accounts and market trends to shape sales initiatives.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct and indirect sales representatives.

- Set clear performance goals and monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.

- Provide coaching and support to enhance team capabilities and productivity.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.

- Develop and present sales proposals and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Market Insights & Reporting:

- Analyze account-specific data, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

- Provide actionable insights to improve offerings and strengthen market positioning.

- Ensure timely reporting, sales documentation, and adherence to compliance standards.

Collaboration & Growth:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align efforts.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry.

- Proven track record in managing large or complex accounts and delivering on strategic sales goals.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in life insurance or financial services sales.

- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and customer behavior in West Bengal.

- Familiarity with multi-channel distribution (agency, direct, and digital sales)
