Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Tiruchirappalli.

- The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Day-to-day tasks include performance monitoring, addressing customer inquiries, implementing marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide the sales team.

- Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and implementing marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and data analysis.

- Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector is a plus.
