Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


- Support execution of sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-ups, and client meetings.


- Assist in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure support.


- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with senior leadership.


Client & Account Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.


- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.


- Support key account management activities and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.


Sales Operations & Reporting:


- Track sales pipelines, leads, and conversion metrics using CRM or internal systems.


- Prepare sales MIS reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.


- Support planning and monitoring of sales targets and incentives.


Team & Cross-Functional Coordination:


- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.


- Assist in onboarding and supporting sales executives and junior team members.


- Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and strategy discussions.


Market & Competitor Analysis:


- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.


- Share insights with the Business Manager to refine sales approaches and pricing strategies.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


Education:


- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory.


Experience:


- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.


- Exposure to B2B or B2C sales environments.


Skills & Competencies:


- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced sales environment.


- Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and forecasting.


- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.


- Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
