Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned sales territory; drive dealer-wise sales performance.
- Conduct territory- and product-specific promotional activities; align them with business goals and timelines.
- Execute market development initiatives in both Pro Trade and Pro Retail segments.
- Ensure timely collections from dealers and monitor credit exposures.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
- Expand geographical footprint through the appointment and effective management of dealers/sub-dealers.
- Implement and monitor retail and dealer schemes; maintain uniform pricing discipline.
- Build and maintain a database of key influencers including contractors, carpenters, masons, aluminium fabricators, and applicators and convert them into active contributors.
- Submit timely market reports, and effectively implement company strategies and KRAs.
Qualifications:
MBA preferred.
Required Skills:
- Proactive and analytical mindset, with solution-oriented thinking.
- Deep market understanding and execution excellence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be able to build trust-based relationships, manage pricing and discounts, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration (KAM, CRM, Retail).
- Local market experience and fluency in the regional language are essential for stakeholder engagement.
