Department: Business Development & Sales

Title: Senior Manager/Manager

Experience:


- 8-15 years of total experience in Sales/Business Development.

- Minimum 5-7 years specifically in the Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Herbal Extracts, or Functional Foods industry.


- Proven experience managing domestic and international markets (USA, EU, APAC preferred).

- Strong track record of target achievement, key account management, and new market expansion.

- Good presentation skills and confidence in speaking with global clients

- Strong research ability and willingness to learn technical subjects.

- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and email communication.

- Any additional language (French, German can be desirable)

Purpose:


- The purpose of the Business Development role is to drive the organizations growth by identifying
new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and expanding the
companys market presence.


- The role focuses on evaluating market trends, generating qualified leads, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue enhancement through customer acquisition and retention.


- Business Development also works cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, QA and Operations teams to ensure that customer needs are aligned with the companys offerings and long-term business goals.

Key Deliverables:


- Assist in identifying new leads and opportunities in the nutraceutical and personal care segments.


- Support the team with customer outreach, follow-ups, and coordination.


- Maintain databases, CRM entries, and internal trackers.

Client Coordination:


- Help prepare and deliver product presentations, scientific decks, and solution proposals.

- Assist in managing customer queries related to samples, documentation, and product information.

- Work with senior team members to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Market Research & Intelligence:


- Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and new launches in the Nutra and personal care industries.


- Gather insights on brand positioning, ingredient trends, and evolving consumer needs.

Cross-functional Support:


- Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution for clients.


- Support the team in trade shows, webinars, marketing campaigns, and product launch activities.
